1. Course Enrollment Cancellation

• Cancellations can be requested within 48 hours of enrollment, provided the course has not been accessed (viewed/downloaded).

• To request a cancellation, email us at admin@tellusonline.com with your order details and reason for cancellation.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payment made due to technical error.

• Non-delivery of course access within 48 hours of payment.

• Course is not as described or has technical issues preventing access, and a fix cannot be provided.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind after accessing the course.

• Incomplete use of the content.

• Requests made after 48 hours of purchase without valid reasons.

3. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
